The Dark Knight

I just got back from seeing the Batman.

I have to say, it was really pretty good. It was too long however.

The acting was great, all the characters were good, the plot was good, but there was just too much there. They needed to do some serious editing.

Overall I would recommend it.

Anyone else seen it?

Saw it Saturday of opening weekend. I have to say this is one of most favororite movies in a very long time. I think it was a little long but i was anticipating the joker to die. Heath Ledger's performance for the joker was epic though, I really had a hard time realizing that he was just an actor playing the joker and not "the joker" himself. Really gave me chills at times.

So spank and I are headed to see it in IMAX like Chris Nolan the director told us to. I'll let you haer how it was :read:

EPIC! Saw it on opening day and again w/ Josh at the IMAX. Running a little over two hours long I could see how some might think it was too long, but it wasn't. To introduce and kill off a villian in one movie was great imo, and the only way to do that was to make the film longer than the average romantic comedy. If anyone on here was debating whether or not to see it in IMAX, DO IT! I'm an HD nut and the film was awesome even after seeing it a few times already.
